November 2011 Gunpowder Review Reading

The Gunpowder Review literary magazine will make its debut on Sunday, November 13th, 1 PM at Bel Air Barnes & Noble, Bel Air, MD.

The public is invited to hear some of the contributors read their prose and poetry. Confirmed readers include: Barbara Diehl, May Kuriowa, Katie Hartlove, Deb Smith, Kelly A. Harmon, Margaret Mullins, Ann Bracken, Janet Lewis, Sr. Anne Higgins, Victoria Corkran, Patricia Van Amburg, Danuta Kosk-Kosicka, and Vonnie Winslow Crist.

Though most of the women included in this publication are from Maryland, the magazine includes the writing of women from as far away as Australia! Gunpowder Pen Women are pleased to present the 3rd annual issue of The Gunpowder Review, and invite you to come enjoy a wonderful afternoon celebrating creative women.

23rd Maryland State Biennial Convention of the National League of American Pen Women: Saturday, October 15 at the Courtyard Marriot, 5520 Wisconsin Ave., Chevy Chase, MD 20815. $30 per person. 8:30 AM – 2 PM. Includes Continental Breakfast and Lunch.
